Scope and information

This policy covers the informational website, demo and enquiries to Ritunio under the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. When you email us or send the contact form, we receive your email address, name, business and message. Share only necessary information; we cannot reply without contact details. The demo does not request health data or real customer information.

Purposes and legal grounds

We handle requests for quotes or services to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We handle other enquiries based on our legitimate interest in professional communication and responding to requests (art. 6(1)(f)); you may object on grounds relating to your situation. Legal obligations rely on art. 6(1)(c). Emailing us does not subscribe you to advertising. This demo does not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effects.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to resolve and follow them up. They are then deleted or, where required, restricted for statutory liability periods. Contractual records are retained for applicable tax, accounting and legal periods. Fictional demo data stays in your browser until you reset it or clear site storage.

Recipients and transfers

Email is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area, including the United States; its data processing agreement provides standard contractual clauses for transfers where applicable. See the agreement below and request information about safeguards at hello@ritunio.com. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Following Instagram or Facebook links takes you to platforms governed by their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by emailing hello@ritunio.com or writing to the address shown. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Additional identification is requested only when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), linked below.

Demo and changes

The demo stores its state locally and sends no bookings to Ritunio. The AI conversation example is not a connected chat service. We will update this information before enabling a live chatbot, payments or other processing.
